This is a 8 week online pre-recording course aimed at Gaelscoil and Gaeltacht children from 2nd class to 6th class. The course is designed in a way that is suitable for the classroom where space is limited.
There will be 3 lessons per week. Each week will include one breath exercise, one mindfulness exercise and one yoga exercise each week. The exercises will be accompanied by weekly activities so that students can discuss and explore the experiences of the exercises.
