Óga Yoga 10 Week Beginner Course
The Óga Yoga 10 week beginners course is the perfect companion to help you begin your yoga journey or to get into a practice routine for those who do not practice regularly. The course is designed to guide you through the basic movements and then advance your practice over 10 sessions.
The aim of the course is to allow you to experience yoga in a comfortable and safe environment. While starting off with basic postures, the course will begin to develop your practice with progressions and flows to create an enjoyable on-demand yoga experience.
There will be 10 sessions provided in the course that you can view at any time with unlimited access during your subscription. All sessions are conducted through the Irish language.
The exercises are set out in an order to get the most out of each session. Each session will build on the previous session. In this way, your understanding and experience will gradually develop as you become accustomed to the yoga exercises and your body.
