The Óga Yoga 3 month beginner course is for those looking to achieve a deeper, more holistic understanding of yoga and gain the skills necessary to deepen their own self-practice.

This course is suitable for anybody who would like to learn more about Yoga and begin to practice. The Course is thought through the Irish language, with pre recorded videos that can be accesed on any device via www.ogayoga.ie

Participants will be able to deepen their own practice on a physical, mental and spiritual level by gaining insight and appreciation through Yoga movement & mindfulness.
